COST: £5 PER HEAD INC COLD BUFFET

What do I need to do I hear you ask?

Simply advise either myself Daniel Lloyd 07979 864279, Daniel.lloyd@dhl.com or Nicola Lloyd
07769 736904 of your desire to attend this event and pay your £5, tickets will be sold before the
night. (Tickets also available on the door) We will also need to know those who wish to attend and
perform as there will be a limit of 20 performers on the night and we will need to know your chosen
artist and song to advise availability.

Again as with last year it is not compulsory to dress up you can just come in your glad rags and
enjoy a good boogey but we hope that people will still dress up as your artist of choice even if you
aren’t performing.

Cricklade Rugby Club Presents:

Cricklade RFC will be holding a Race Night this year due
to be staged on Saturday 27th of March
after playing Corsham 1sts in the Cup at Home.

Cost will be £5 per head including Sausage and Chips.
If you wanted to buy a horse it is an extra £2
and to Sponsor a Race it is £25.
The night will start at 7.30pm

CRICKLADE RFC TOUR 2010 TO MANCHESTER THEME : CRICKLADE RFC 17th REGIMENT

YOUR RUGBY CLUB NEEDS YOU!!

This years CRFC Rugby Tour see’s the club head to Northern climbs! We are going to be staying at the Park Inn Manchester. This year in the hope of appealing to the more Senior of CRFC members we are going to be taking in a game watching Sale Sharks vs. Newcastle Falcons on the Friday night of tour the 23rd of April we also hope to play President Len’s old club Chester on the Saturday.

The theme for this year’s tour has been decided. The Cricklade 17th Regiment will be travelling up North (17th as that is how many years we have been going as a club!) yes we are going in an Army theme. All tourists will be given an Army Ranking based on various criteria such as Tour experience, Life Experience and Age!

The 6 rankings we will be using and you will be expected to dress as such for the Friday. The rankings are as follows with the criteria for the people chosen for these positions; you will be informed of your ranking nearer the time:

Field Marshal – Most Experienced Tourist 7-8 tours/ Can only be 1-2 / Highly Respected CRFC Member/ Committee Member / Old (Over 50)

General – Very Experienced Tourist 4-5 tours /Can only be 1/ Respected CRFC Member/ Committee Member / Getting Old (Over 34)

Major - Experienced Tourist 3-4 tours/ Maximum of 2/ Committee Member/ Fairly Respected and Fairly Old (Over 30)

Captain- Tour Experience to be 2+ Tours/ Maximum of 5/ Average Age (Over 25) and a playing member.

Lieutenant – Been on 1 CRFC Tour/ Not very Respected/ Average age (Over 20) and a playing member

Cadet/Private – Tour Virgin(s)/ Unlimited numbers/ Completely disrespected/ Expected to carry out all chores for Senior ranking officers, also to order all Beer for senior ranking officers all day and to generally run around after everyone else.

There will be one final position which is a special one and I will name who this is:

Chief Medical Officer- There will only be one of these and it will be Gratzi he has already been informed and he will tend to anything of medical nature for members of the Cricklade 17th Regiment.

Total cost as mentioned previously is £179pp £50 deposits are needed ASAP we have 10 people already and hope to get at least another 10 people as have a 36 seater coach. So please pass your deposits to myself or Pete Clements ASAP so that we can pin down people’s commitment.
